The Chatham Cheese Company was established in 2008 by lifelong friends Heather Cantin and Leslie Polk. Both families summered on the Cape their whole lives.
Heather owned “Heather’s Harvest,” a personal chef service business in California for 12 years. Cooking is one her biggest passions and also trained in cheese shops in San Diego and Maui.
Leslie and her husband, Kevin have been in the software business for years in Boston. Leslie has also lived in France and has extensive knowledge of wine.
Heather’s background as a personal chef and Leslie’s business experience inspired the two to provide a a quality cheese, food and wine business with excellent personal customer service to the beautiful town of Chatham.
Leslie has since started a new business endeavor in 2011 and Heather runs the shop herself.
